NURS497R Senior Capstone II

Senior Capstone II enables the students to implement their workplace-based quality improvement project as they planned during Capstone I. Course content is structured around each step in the PDCA cycle. Once implemented, students will measure and analyze results data, identify and rectify points of failure, and implement plan adjustments. As a final requirement, students will deliver a professional presentation of their project that cohesively details each step in the FOCUS-PDCA framework.
