NURS467R Senior Capstone I

Senior Capstone I provides RN to BSN students with the opportunity to synthesize their nursing knowledge and professional experience through the development of a workplace-based quality improvement project. Using the FOCUS-P framework and research design methodologies, students identify a relevant clinical problem within their practice setting and systematically analyze opportunities for improvement. Course content emphasizes problem identification, stakeholder engagement, and literature review. Students design a feasible, evidence supported, fully executable quality improvement proposal that supports organizational priorities and professional standards.
