NURS431 Evidence-Based Practice

Evidence-Based Practice focuses on the development of evidence-based practice (EBP) skills essential for professional nursing decision-making and high-quality patient care. Students learn to critically read, interpret, and apply nursing research to clinical practice. Emphasis is placed on understanding the research process, evaluating quantitative and qualitative studies, interpreting statistical findings, and integrating best available evidence. Students will develop competencies in appraising research literature and translating research findings into practice improvements to support safe, effective, and accountable nursing care.
