EDCI581 Applied Indigenous Knowledge Seminar
This seminar course is a summation of the four-part series that explores Indigenous perspectives to support educators' integration of Indigenous knowledge, language, and culture in their educational contexts. Students will take part in inquiry- and place-based explorations guided by the seasonal rounds of the Séliš, Ql̓ispé, and Ksanka people. A significant portion of the course involves students reflecting on and sharing how they worked to integrate Indigenous knowledge into the educational activities they have created.
