BUMG477 Managing People and Performance

Managing People and Performance provides strategies for supervisors to assist and evaluate employee performance. Students will explore how supervisors can assist employees in improving their overall performance, reaching organizational goals, and enhancing job performance throughout the organization. The course will introduce students to techniques for addressing poor performance, having difficult conversations, developing performance improvement plans, delegating tasks, and developing a successful team.
