BUMG437 Team Building

Team Building introduces students to the dynamics of work groups. Students will discuss the opportunities and threats related to working in groups. Topics include motivating team members, leading small groups, and identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Students will develop strategies for improving communication effectiveness in the team setting.
