BUMG 457 Organizational Behaviors

Organizational Behaviors provides students with an understanding of people's behaviors in the work environment. The course will explore planning, organizing, and leading an organization. Topics include job performance, satisfaction, innovation, and organizational leadership. Students develop knowledge of management practices and leadership techniques.
