MAST142 Client Communication II

Client Communication II further expands on the practical skill of speaking techniques to decrease speaker anxiety and use of visual aids to enhance speaker presentations. Students will have the opportunity to examine the complex nature of health-related communication competency in small group situations. The course focuses on interactions of participants involved in the health-care process and the distribution and interpretation of health-related messages.
