MAST132 Client Communication I

Client Communication I demonstrates the practical skill of speaking to include techniques used to decrease speaker anxiety and use of visual aids to enhance oral presentations. Students will have opportunity to examine the complex nature of health-related communication in small group settings. The course will focus on interactions of participants in healthcare processes to include the distribution and interpretation of health-related communication.
