MAST121 Human Relations for the Medical Assistant

Human Relations identifies the elements and types of communication related to human needs and behavior. Students will demonstrate ways to improve their listening skills, categorize both positive and negative communication, and apply interpersonal-, assertiveness-, and therapeutic-communication with patients, coworkers, and management.
