NSGD 428 RN-BSN Practicum I

In this clinical course, students will plan and implement a Quality Improvement project based on the FOCUS-PDCA methodology. Students will explore development of their Capstone project, including needs assessment, identification of specific area of improvement, data collection, and implementation of the Capstone project.
