BLDG102 Tool Identification and Safety

Tool Identification and Safety will teach students how to recognize and distinguish different types of tools based on their appearance, function, and key features. The course focuses on proper usage, safety procedures, and identification of potential hazards associated with each tool This course aligns with  NCCER Module 00104, Introduction to Power Tools, and Module 00103, Introduction to Hand Tools and prepares learners to complete the NCCER module completion certificates for the two topics. These modules are part of the NCCER Core: Introduction to Basic Construction Skills certification curriculum.
