Reinstatement
1. Reinstatement after Academic Suspension
To be reinstated after suspension for academic misconduct or failure to maintain satisfactory academic progress, students must get approval from the Office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs. Students must notify the Registrar of their intent to return. All students reinstated after suspension are placed on academic probation and will be suspended again unless they meet the requirements as explained under Academic Suspension. Students will receive written notice of the terms of reinstatement.
2. Reinstatement after Non-Academic Suspension
To be reinstated after suspension for general misconduct, in cases for which reinstatement was not excluded in the initial suspension/expulsion sanctions, students must get approval from the Office of the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. Students must provide proof of meeting the requirements outlined in the sanctions leading to the suspension / expulsion. Students will receive written notice of the terms of reinstatement.
