LEAD450H Honors Leadership Seminar V: Leading in Organizations
Honors Leadership Seminar V provides an introduction to leadership in organizations, emphasizing a focus on people, vision, and values. The course will include specific leadership topics such as strategic leadership, systems thinking, team leadership, and developing others. Students will apply the principles and practices of interpersonal, group and leadership ethics to situations involving communication, exercise of influence, organizational citizenship and social responsibility. As an Honors Course, students will be expected to engage in critical analysis and discussion.
