ITEC270 IT Soft Skills & Service Learning

IT Soft Skills and Service Learning focuses on development of soft skills and application of citizenship within the information technology work environment. Students will identify, explain, evaluate, and apply common IT workforce soft skills such as communication, customer service, teamwork, problem solving, troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and leadership. Students will be required to complete 30 hours of service at an IT department within the community. Students will observe and analyze IT workforce culture and practice soft skills while gaining IT work experience.
