Water law provides a review of interstate water problems; federal/state powers; federal/Indian water rights/Montana water law; current and future issues in water law. A look into Conjunctive management of surface water and groundwater. A progressive examination of the historical events, processes, and litigations which developed into today's environmental laws and their implications to tribal lands and sovereignty.
