CHEM415 Environmental Chemistry I
Environmental Chemistry I seeks to give the student an understanding of the chemical aspects of problems that humans have created in the natural environment. It does this by applying fundamental chemical principles learned in earlier coursework to explain processes. This first course focuses mainly on the procedures at work in the various levels of the atmosphere, such as photochemistry, global warming, and acid rain. Some lab work is included.
