Nutrition for the Health Professional covers healthy nutrition across the lifespan, including cultural variations and varying nutritional needs for different age groups. Diet therapies associated with diseases and disorders are included. Nutritional plans associated with a sense of well-being and a healthy life style are discussed. Supplemental and parenteral nutrition therapies will be discussed.
