Program Description
The Customer Relations Workforce Certificate prepares students for general office employment with an emphasis on customer service. The certificate focuses on skills & knowledge needed for entry-level office employment, including basic skills in customer service, communication, record management, creating business documents, and office procedures. Students will learn about appropriate and professional workplace relationships.
