Certification in Customer Relations

Program Description

The Customer Relations Workforce Certificate prepares students for general office employment with an emphasis on customer service. The certificate focuses on skills & knowledge needed for entry-level office employment, including basic skills in customer service, communication, record management, creating business documents, and office procedures. Students will learn about appropriate and professional workplace relationships.

Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic office skills, including record management, creating business documents, and office procedures.
