Program Description
The Certification in Payroll is designed to provide fundamental skills used in payroll positions. Classes focus on the payroll accounting, employment law, and basics of accounting and bookkeeping. Students will also be introduced to terminology related to payroll, accounting and bookkeeping, personal finance and electronic spreadsheets. Those successfully completing the required courses for this certification would be competent to perform payroll duties.
