Tutoring

Tutoring is available to all students at no charge to the student.  The following are tutoring options for students:

• Salish Kootenai College Writing Center. The Writing Center is located in the Michel Building and provides support for students in communication-based projects such as writing and speaking in any class and scholarship applications. Nationally certified tutors are available for one-on-one and group tutoring sessions. Any student who passed English 101 with a grade of B or higher may apply for a tutoring position.
• Salish Kootenai College Math Lab. The Math Lab provides qualified tutors and instructors to any student that needs assistance in math and science-based projects. The Math Lab is located in the Beaverhead Building.
• In-Person Tutoring for other classes may be accessed through the Department of Academic Success located in the Quequesah Building.
• Online-Tutoring.
