NASD471 Cultural Resource Management
Cultural Resource Management investigates the attitudes and values in Indian country that may differ from the efforts of state historic preservation efforts and the National Park Service definitions of historic preservation. Students will become familiar with; The American Indian Religious Freedom Act, the National Historic Preservation Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, Archaeological Resource Protection Act and the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act.
