NASD325 Indian Child Welfare

Indian Child Welfare examines the complex issue of American Indian children in the legal system and provide an understanding of the tribal and non-tribal legal system as it affects children and families. Topics such as the Indian Child Welfare Act, child protection, child custody and tribal adoptions will be addressed.
