NASD 320 Federal Indian Law

Federal Indian Law surveys the basic development of Federal Law since the early nineteenth century, then focuses on laws and court cases that are affecting the lives of Indians today. Students will analyze laws and cases, describe the affect they have, and judge their value to Native Americans.
