GRMG265 Grant Project Administration I

Grant Project Administration I addresses the fundamental concepts of grant management from the perspective of the principal investigator (PI).The roles of a PI, the responsibilities of managing projects, and the organization's impact on a project are emphasized. Students will be introduced to project phases, culture, leadership skills, time management, budgeting, sustainability, management strategies, data reporting, evaluation, and auditing.
