TRHP495 Capstone in Tribal Heritage Preservation
This course is the capstone to the Tribal Historic Preservation major and provides students with an opportunity to conduct substantive, original research resulting in a senior thesis related to historic preservation issues and practice in North America. Topics may include historical and theoretical issues in the American historic preservation movement, the identification and documentation of historic properties, preservation technologies, strategies for the conservation of historic resources and critical assessments of the philosophy and principles of preservation as relates to American Indian tribes or Native American historic resources.
