GRMG251 Grant Projects Management III

Grant Projects Management III continues the concepts of grant management and project management. Sub awards, sub recipient monitoring and contract management are emphasized. This course will provide an understanding of risk management and appropriation laws. Students will develop skills in project reporting, communicating with funding source, and closing out a project.
