PSYC110 Introduction to Psychology
Introduction to Psychology is a survey course of the field of psychology. Topics are drawn from main subject areas in psychology such as learning and conditioning, memory, biological psychology, social psychology, abnormal psychology, sensation and perception, consciousness, intelligence, motivation and emotion, and stress, health and coping. Students will explore controversies and cultural issues in the field of psychology, and will practice the application of psychology to common experiences and problems of everyday life.
