Office Communication and Procedures provides students with skills and knowledge essential in office employment. Business communication practices will be covered. Students will learn to write business messages, such as memorandums, form letters, and professional emails. Topics include employment opportunities, working with others, ergonomics and office safety, internet research, receptionist duties, and handling mail.
