NATR343 Data Processing and Visualization in Natural Resources
Data Processing and Visualization in Natural Resources is a junior level course focused on applied geospatial data processing and visualization for natural resource applications using GIS, remote sensing, and other geoinformatics. Internet resources, databases, and data mining methods will be discussed. Student will apply efficient data processing and graphic design using common software applications and data platforms (e.g. ArcGIS, Excel, and PowerPoint) to assist students in producing professional scientific graphics from real data. This course will count towards a GIS Certificate.
