LEAD475H Honors Leadership Seminar VI: Leading Change
Honors Leadership Seminar VI examines the practices and complexities of leading change in organizations and communities, linking the “purpose” of change in each context to theories, concepts, and practices of leadership and change. Students will apply leadership strategies to facilitating change in a real or hypothetical situation. As an Honors Course, students will be expected to engage in critical analysis and discussion.
