LEAD325H Honors Leadership Seminar I: Introduction to Leadership

Honors Leadership Seminar I is an introduction to leadership practice. Students will focus on questions: What is leadership? How does context affect the nature of leadership? How do cultural worldviews, current events, and social perspectives impact beliefs about leadership? The course will examine offer opportunities for self-reflection as a foundation for development of leadership skills. As an Honors Course, students will be expected to engage in critical analysis and discussion.
