FORS100 Survey of Forestry
Survey of Forestry provides students a broad-based survey of the various disciplines within the field of forestry. Using both lecture and field learning environments, students will experience the wide spectrum of management and research disciplines of forestry, including timber management, fire management and suppression, conservation issues, fire ecology, wilderness issues, and the complex web of relationships between forests and human communities.
