NASL262 Séliš-Ql̓ispé Immersion Lab I

SQLIL I is the first of the three-part series that provides candidates the opportunity to work intensively with a native-like fluent language speaker within an immersion lab environment to increase language development and to engage in contextualized, social, and experiential language learning within or outside of the classroom. SQLIL I provides an opportunity for candidates to practice the Salish language in order to gain fluency, apply language learning, and to demonstrate language competency.
