HOSP161 Hospitality Law, Safety, and Security

Hospitality Law, Safety, and Security introduces students to basic legal issues in the hospitality industry as well as safety and security issues that may be encountered. The course includes guidelines for maintaining the health and safety of guests and employees including privacy and risk reduction. The course follows content from the America Hotel and Lodging Education Institute.
