HIEP110 Introduction to Dental Front Office

Introduction to Dental Front Office provides students with knowledge about the dental office profession and practice operations. Students will be introduced to dental basics, dental office positions, patient relations, team communication, office inventory, equipment, technology, and career opportunities. Student will gain knowledge in office financials including accounts payable, accounts receivable, patient accounts, and how insurance claims impact the office financials.
