GNSD109 Master Level 3 Tutoring Certification

Level 3 Certification continues advanced instruction of tutoring processes in writing. Students will learn to tutor target populations and to structure learning experiences. Students will also study self-regulated learning techniques, group management skills, as well as train and supervise Level 1 and 2 tutors. Students will attend class, facilitate one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, and organize and facilitate workshops. Upon completion of the course, students will be certified as a Level 3 tutor through the National Reading and Learning Association. Enrollment is limited to selected applicants who successfully complete the application process.
