HPED112 Physical Fitness 3cr

Physical Fitness offers both physical and mental strengthening by incorporating all aspects of a healthy lifestyle, including exercising and proper nutrition. The instructors focus heavily upon proper utilization of equipment and exercises to achieve desired personal goals. This course may be take up to three times for credit.
