BUMG435 Entrepreneurship II

Students will explore innovation, creativity, opportunity recognition and business model validation by applying entrepreneurial perspectives in diverse business environments and roles.  In addition, students will research the major pathways and structures for entrepreneurial ventures, understand the legal challenges for entrepreneurial ventures, and examine the sources of capital for entrepreneurial ventures.
