BUMG325 Business Law II

Business Law II continues a discussion of the basic principles of business law. This course will continue with the historical and cultural development of law, as well as practical applications to current business issues, such as property rights, administrative law, environmental law, and workplace issues such as discrimination and termination of employment. Where appropriate, specific legal issues involving doing business on Indian reservations will be presented for discussion.
