LFSC310 Essentials of Environmental Health

This survey course examines the interrelationship between human health and the environment, primarily focusing on how physical, chemical, and biological factors in the environment can adversely impact human health. Students will receive a broad exposure to basic environmental health issues, become acquainted with their scientific causes, and review methods and principles to prevent or mitigate their effect on human health.
