HLTH269 Pre-internship Health Promotion Practices Seminar

Pre-internship Health Promotion Practices Seminar prepares the student for the Health Promotion internship experience through an overview of professional expectations and internship requirements. Students will become familiar with criteria for placement, expectations of student interns, and will explore possible internship sites. Included in the course is the development of Motivational Interviewing skills.
