SCWK420 Advanced Research Methods in Social Work

Advanced Research Methods in Social Work builds research literacy and knowledge and skills required for basic social work research. It provides an overview of the social science research; introduces both Western and indigenous research methods; and examines ethical, political, and socio-cultural forces that influence research. By the end of the course, students will complete a proposal for their capstone project that addresses an area of high need in our community.
