NASD176 Introduction to Traditional Tool Making

Introduction to Traditional Tool Making will give students hands on experience in the making of traditional tools that were used by Indian people prior to European contact. It will provide valuable insights into the tradition Indian life style and the utilitarian uses of tools to make various items commonly found among the Indigenous North Western interior Tribal people. Lectures, demonstrations, handouts, hands on projects, and guest speakers will provide an understanding of important course content.
