ITEC421 Introduction to Project Management

Introduction to Project Management will introduce students to the skills necessary to successfully manage a project to completion. Students will be introduced to project initiation, scope definition, proposals, scheduling, risk management, and budgeting. Students will propose a project to be completed and presented in the following project management course.
