HPED131 Yoga

Yoga is for all levels and serves the student in the area of physical fitness, stress reduction and general health and well being. The class is designed to allow the student to work on his/her own pace to accomplish his/her own goals for health through the practice of yoga. (Pregnant students must check-in with instructor prior to enrolling in the class).
