ACSC107 Financial Aid, Financial Literacy, and Budgeting
Financial Aid is confusing and overwhelming to most students, especially students going to college for the first time. FAFSA is often times a foreign work. This workshop will help students understand why the FAFSA is important, how to fill it out correctly, and what other resources are available to students, such as scholarships and other forms of government assistance. This workshop will also cover financial literacy and budgeting, including how to understand and affect your credit score and how to spot predatory lending.
