SCID 211 Science for Educators 2:

science for Educators 2: Earth and Sky is a general overview into Earth and space sciences for education majors. Topics explored will include the basic principles of geology and goe-morphology, meteorology, meteorology and astronomy, with special attention to the inclusion of Native American cultural prespectives and an inquiry-based, hands-on approach to instruction. The scope of these topics will reflect content appropriate for use by teachers of students in the elementary grades.
