NSGD 202 Introduction to Nursing

This course introduces students to the body of knowledge that is nursing. Theories upon which nursing practice is based will be introduced. Theories and principles from other disciplines; that are utilized by nursing practice will be discussed. The nursing process, nursing diagnosis, and evidence-based practice will be utilized in the care planning process.
