EDUC 495 Reflective Practice and Research in
Reflective Practice and Research in Education focuses on evaluating teaching performance and illuminating what expert teachers do and how they use knowledge to support student learning. This clarifies the nature of highly accomplished practice and the purposes of teacher learning and development. This course offers student teachers the opportunity to discuss, assess, and evaluate their own teaching performance according to INTASC standards-standards which today guider professional expectations and goals of teachers.
